I loved the first book in this series Gilded Cage so darned much the wait for the sequel Tarnished City is killing me.
Seriously, book one left me on about 4000 different cliffhangers and I have to know what happens. If I can’t get my hands on an ARC of this before the pub date in September I may cry.
This is a world divided into factions, the upper classes ruling the lower, but unrest has been brewing for quite some time and book 1 left everyone in quite the pickle.
I really hope book two holds it’s own after book one and that we don’t have sophomore syndrome. Vic James…don’t let me down.
