Ten Books I hope I get for Christmas!

Morning mortals! Can I tell you something? This year will be my first ever Christmas away from home and I’m feeling quite anxious about it. I love christmas with my family and while I am excited to get to spend some quality time with the husband and my in-laws I’m still a little nervy. It’s also interesting being part of a new family at christmas because all I ever ask for is books, but what if they get me books I’ve already read? What if they get me a book that’s meant for *shudders* actual adults?! Still I have some books I’m hoping might end up under my tree this year…

Are any of these on your list? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Oooh The Library of Fates looks so good! Also, best of luck with having Christmas away from home! I’ve always had Christmas at home, so I can’t even imagine how strange that must feel to switch things up.

  2. I saw the Fantastic Beasts illustrated book at my local bookstore the other day and browsed through it. It was so beautiful! But I still would prefer to get the other illustrated books in the Harry Potter series. A History of Magic looked gorgeous too. I just LOVE Jim Kay’s style and how intricate they are. It was just the new addition we needed to the Harry Potter fandom! It certainly enhances the experience, and it is so worth it.

I see SO MANY beautiful things on this list! I would honestly die to get any of these for Christmas! I’m dying to read Children of Blood and Bone too! I was sold on it at once only because of the cover. Then I read the synopsis and now my anticipation for this book couldn’t be greater!!! LOL.
