Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

Hello humans! Welcome to my winter TBR. I think this might end up being more than 10 books, I have so many things on my list for the next few months and I’m excited to have a bit of time off to actually read them!

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the beyond amazing The Broke and Bookish. If you don’t already you should head over there and check out the list of all the amazing book bloggers who take part, it’s a great way to find other bloggers who might read the same books as you!

Are any of these on your TBR? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. Looks like a good winter ahead of you. I’ve just picked up Too Like the Lightning too – I’ve been all SF / space opera for the past month, so I suspect I won’t get to it immediately (I could do with a little palate cleansing, so I think I’ll be reading Under the Pendulum Sun first!)

    1. Oooh I have a fun ‘Under the Pendulum’ anecdote! I got it from Netgalley on a whim and then when my review published my (at the time fiancé) husband pointed out he actually knows the author! Was a weird ‘small world’ moment!

  2. Yay, ‘The Wise Man’s Fear’ belongs to my favourite books! Hope you enjoy it as well 🙂

I am curious about what people think about the new Donaldson series.. I always wanted to try his writing, as he’s listed as one of the ‘big’ Fantasy authors out there… But I am just not interested at all in his Thomas Covenant series. Maybe this is more interesting!

    1. So I just finished Seventh Decimate this week (the perils of writing blog posts in advance you never know how quick you’ll read) and, given that I don’t read a lot of adult fantasy, I thought it was quite good. I have to get my thoughts together for the review but all told it’s worth a look see.
